Is a RETURN Shipping Label Provided?
  • Yes! But, ONLY (1) ONE Return Label is generated per item.
  • Multiple items will require the return process be completed for each item being returned.
  • Please be advised that if the shipping label provided is not used your return will not be processed and you will not receive your refund. 
  • Return labels are generated for USPS and are non-reimbursable.
What items ARE eligible for return?
  • You have 30 days from date 'Delivered' to begin the return process and ship your return. You must use the label provided or your return will not be processed.
  • All items* except those listed below.
What items are NOT eligible for return?
  • All items 30 days beyond the 'Delivered' date.
  • Return shipping charges for REFUND or ADJUSTMENT are non-reimbursable.
  • *For sanitary reasons; pillow protectors (w/zippers),  mattress topper protectors, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flats sheets, pillow cases and custom items are not eligible for return once 'Delivered'.
How soon will I get my store credit or refund?
  • Store Refund, 7 - 10 business days after we have received your returned item.
