I am a seamstress and as a young person made goose down sleeping bags and jackets from kits. I appreciate quality ; and the quality and beauty of these products are exceptional. The material coverings are uncomparable, the softness and silkness of the coverings are rare to find, the seams are beautiful and the piping is the stunning..The down is incredibly soft. I was not able to keep the product, I placed it on top of my water bed and the combination was not a winning combination. After 2 nights my back ached so much I couldn't handle a third,and had to return it. That being said, on both nights I woke up in the middle of the night (very typical) and wasn't sure where I was sleeping, I felt like I was in the clouds The warmth and softness is supreme. To my dismay I returned the product ( not really free shipping, you are charged) That being said I am so sold on down , I have several pillows, I am considering giving up the water bed (after40 years) for this down bed. There truly isn't anything comparable to the quality of Down and Feather Company and the beauty of down.
