FREE Pillow Adjustments for one (1) Year! - If your goose down pillow or feather pillow isn't perfect we will adjust it for FREE one (1) support level higher or lower than the support level of the original order. It's that simple. You ONLY pay to ship it to us for the adjustment. The adjustment and shipping after adjustment is FREE


1. View Your Order:


You DO NOT need to have an account to use this functionality.

Click the Order Status.

  1. You will need the ORDER NUMBER associated with the order.
  2. You will need the ZIP CODE associated with the order.
  3. You will GET THE RETURN ADDRESS AFTER completing step #2 below.

2. Choose the product to be Returned For Refund:


From this page you can choose which product(s) you wish to return.

  1. Select the item(s) to return and press the "Return Items" button.
  2. Select 'Reason' code: 'I ordered the wrong item' or 'Other' with comments about the return. Not required but appreciated.
  3. Click the 'Submit' button.

3. Notify Us of Return Shipment Tracking number:

From this page you can notify us of your return shipment.

  1. Click the Contact Us
  2. Include your Order Number
  3. Include the 'Return Tracking Number' given to you when you shipped the item back to us.
  4. Click the 'Submit' button.

IMPORTANTThe proper shipping address will be sent to the email address associated with your order. DO NOT send product to our corporate office located in Texas. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for manufacturing defects only and must be sent via UPS Ground for tracking purposes using our Contact Us form
