Adjustments/Returns: If you are returning an item due to a manufacturers defect we will issue a full refund or an exchange. If you are returning an item for any other reason, we will issue a refund, less our shipping costs. Our preferred shipping method requires that items be returned in there original packaging and sent via FedEx Ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground for tracking purposes. If you are returning an item for adjustment within one (1) year from the date of purchase please use our preferred shipping method for tracking purposes. If your package is lost during return shipping and/or it cannot be tracked we cannot replace it or offer you a refund. Once an item is adjusted it is considered custom.
*Custom Orders: May not be returned, but are covered for exchange or repair under our 10 warranty. All linens (duvet covers, bed sheets, feather bed protectors) etc. and CALIFORNIA SIZES ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM. If you are unsure about the color of any of the bedding item you may request a fabric swatch for your review.

A refund in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days from the date of receipt.*

We are required by law to destroy returned bedding items that have been used . You may be charged a fee of up to 15% of the purchase price if you return a non-defective item that has been used. Featherbeds are subject to a additional 10% handling charge due to their size and our additional environmental costs to destroy them. Items returned that have clearly been used (i.e. obviously stained; covered with human hair or animal hair, smell of perfume or any other odor will be returned. The use of a duvet cover for comforters, a featherbed cover or fitted sheet for featherbeds, a pillow protector for pillows and conformance with care instructions is required to qualify for the 10 year guarantee. Due to different detergents, washers and various drying times, our Guarantee does not apply to comforters, pillows or featherbeds laundered or attempted to be laundered at home or dry cleaned. This guarantee does not extend to the filling material. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for manufacturing defects but must be sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground and are the only shipping options that will be reimbursed for returns of any kind. Down & Feather Company's Warranty & Returns policy is subject to change at any time and without notification.
