If you are not satisfied with your comforter, pillow or feather bed, simply return it in new condition, within 30 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE and we will issue a refund less our shipping costs before receipt and inspection.
FREE Pillow Adjustments for One (1) Year - "Perfect Pillow Policy":
If your goose down pillow, feather pillow or decorative pillow firmness isn't perfect we will gladly adjust its firmness FREE for one (1) year from the date of purchase. It's that simple.
We will adjust it FREE of charge and ship it back to you FREE of charge. You only pay for shipping the pillow to us for adjustment.

All Down & Feather Company down comforters, down pillows, decorative pillows and feather beds are GUARANTEED to be free from defects in workmanship for 10 Years from the date of purchase.
Custom Orders
May not be returned, but are covered under our 10 warranty. All pillows adjusted under our Perfect Pillow Policy are considered to be custom after adjustment. All linens (duvet covers, bed sheets, feather bed protectors) etc. and CALIFORNIA SIZES ARE ALL CONSIDERED CUSTOM ORDERS. If you are unsure about the color of any of the bedding item you may request a fabric swatch for your review free of charge. If you are unsure about a products size or weight please call before ordering.
Easy Return and Pillow Adjustment Instructions:
- Take items to UPS or FedEx and keep your return tracking number.
- Fill out our CONTACT US using your return tracking number.
- Pillow Adjustments or Refunds take approximately 14 business days.
- It's that easy.
ALL ADJUSTMENTS OR RETURNS MUST USE THE CONTACT US PAGE. Please review the "Receipt and Inspection" Policy before completing the form.
Receipt and Inspection:
Down bedding ITEMS RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION (Original box with original undamaged internal packaging.) will be accepted less our shipping costs.
Down bedding ITEMS RETURNED IN USED CONDITION (i.e. stained; covered with human hair or animal hair, smell of perfume or any other odor, different box, missing or damaged internal packaging.) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for manufacturing defects only and must be sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for tracking purposes via our Return Request Form. Down & Feather Company's Warranty & Returns policy is subject to change at any time.
