30 Day Satisfaction GUARANTEE:

All Down & Feather Company™ down comforters, down pillows and feather beds come with a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to our 10 Year Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your comforter, pillow or featherbed for any reason, simply return it in new condition, within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue a refund less our shipping costs before receipt and inspection.

FREE Pillow Adjustments for One (1) Year - "Perfect Pillow Policy":

If your goose down pillow, feather pillow or decorative pillow firmness isn't perfect we will gladly adjust its firmness FREE for one (1) year from the date of purchase. It's that simple. You only pay for shipping.

10 Year GUARANTEE:

All Down & Feather Company down comforters, down pillows, decorative pillows and feather beds are GUARANTEED to be free from defects in workmanship for 10 Years from the date of purchase.

Custom Orders

May not be returned, but are covered for exchange or repair under our 10 warranty. All pillows adjusted under our Perfect Pillow Policy are considered to be custom after adjustment. All linens (duvet covers, bed sheets, feather bed protectors) etc. and California sizes are all considered custom orders. If you are unsure about the color of any of the bedding item you may request a fabric swatch for your review free of charge. If you are unsure about a products size or weight please call before ordering.

Receipt and Inspection:

Down bedding Items returned in new condition (unopened original box) will be accepted less our shipping costs. The use of a duvet cover for comforters, a featherbed cover or fitted sheet for featherbeds, a pillow protector for pillows and conformance with care instructions is required to qualify for the 10 year guarantee. Due to different detergents, washers and various drying times, our Guarantee does not apply to comforters, pillows or featherbeds laundered or attempted to be laundered at home or dry cleaned. This guarantee does not extend to the filling material. Down bedding items returned used (i.e. stained; covered with human hair or animal hair, opened box, smell of perfume or any other odor.) for sanitary reason are required by law to be destroyed. You may be charged a environmental disposal fee of up to fifteen percent 15% if you return a non-defective item. Featherbeds are subject to a additional fifteen percent 15% fee due to their size and additional environmental costs to destroy them. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for manufacturing defects only and must be sent via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground for tracking purposes via our Return Request Form. Down & Feather Company's Warranty & Returns policy is subject to change at any time.

Easy Return and Pillow Adjustment Instructions:

  1. Take items to UPS or FedEx and keep your return tracking number.
  2. Fill out our RETURN REQUEST FORM using your return tracking number.
  3. Pillow Adjustments or Refunds take approximately 14 business days.
  4. It's that easy.
ALL ADJUSTMENTS OR RETURNS MUST USE THE RETURN REQUEST FORM. Due to the personal nature of luxury bedding, and as required by US LAW, please understand that opened down bedding items are considered used and are destroyed when returned. We do apply our Return Policy to all used or opened returns to recover our environmental costs for disposal of your returned down bedding item. Please review the Receipt and Inspection portion of our Warranty & Return Policy before completing the Return Request Form that all customers have agreed to prior to check (Checkout completion confirms your understanding and agreement of our return policy).
