All down bedding pieces are made at the time of your order and take 2 - 3 business days to make, regardless of the shipping method, to ensure they are fresh. Upon completion all down bedding orders are shipped per your shipping instructions. We will notify you via email when your order is confirmed and when it is shipped. NOTE: Please be looking for our confirmation email immediately upon confirmation of your order. With that email you can then add us to your address book which will then prevent your email program from assuming our emails are spam.We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders greater than $150 anywhere in the Continental United States. If you wish to upgrade your shipping you may do so at the time of checkout. Free Shipping does not apply to items returned after adjustment under our Perfect Pillow Policy.

Items refused for VAT or custom duties and returned will be charged the shipping and handling for those refused items.
